Cinelli starts with 1 mm bits of genuine cork and disperses them throughout an E.V.A. enhanced, shock absorbing polymer compound. Each 31 mm strip of ribbon is 1.8 mm thick in the center and gently tapers to a feathered edge. A minimum of 15% natural cork content assures you of an excellent grip while the dense E.V.A compound readily absorbs numbing road shock. A 12 mm wide, 3 M designed adhesive strip with a peel off cover, easily bonds the cork ribbon to your bars.
Four strips of ribbon, two finishing tapes and a pair of chrome road bar plugs come in each package. Two of the strips are 4 inches (10 cm) long and designed to wrap around your brake lever clamps. The other two strips are 66 inches (168 cm) long and will cover the remainder of your handlebars.
